Terms and Conditions of Dr Zam’s Academy® PSLE Masterclass

1. General Information

Dr Zam’s Academy® PSLE Masterclass is designed to support Primary 5 and 6 students in their preparation for the PSLE exams. By enrolling in the Masterclass, parents and students agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

• Registration is confirmed once full payment has been received. All fees must be paid prior to the start of the programme.
• Instalment plans may be available upon request. Details of the available packages and fees can be found on the Fees Page.
• Prices vary depending on the selected package. For a breakdown of the fees and package options, please visit the Fees Page.
• Additional charges may apply for mock exams, specialised workshops, or supplementary materials, and these will be communicated during the registration process.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Dr Zam’s Academy® offers a 200% Money-Back Guarantee, provided the student attends all sessions and completes the assigned work. If there is no improvement in the student’s performance, parents may claim the guarantee. Full details are available on the Money-Back Guarantee page.
• If Dr Zam’s Academy® cancels the programme, or any part thereof of the programme, for any reason, refunds will be issued based on the proportionality of the cancelled programme. Prior notification will be provided.
• Once the programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued for all payments received.

4. Programme Content and Schedule

• The Masterclass includes targeted revision sessions, mock exams, and thorough coverage of PSLE English, Mathematics, and Science.
• Course materials, mock exam papers, and any other resources provided are proprietary to Dr Zam’s Academy® and are strictly for personal use.
• Dr Zam’s Academy® reserves the right to amend the course schedule, content, or venue when necessary to improve the learning experience. Participants will be informed of any such changes in advance.

5. Parental Responsibility

• Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child attends all scheduled sessions. Missed classes may not be made up, and no refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
• Regular progress updates will be provided. Parents are encouraged to engage in their child’s learning by reviewing these reports and ensuring that homework and revision are completed as assigned.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully and maintain focus during all sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the student being removed from the programme, without a refund.
• Dr Zam’s Academy® reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment in cases of serious misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including notes, mock exams, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Dr Zam’s Academy®. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission from Dr Zam’s Academy®.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Whilst every effort is made to ensure the success of the Masterclass, Dr Zam’s Academy® cannot guarantee specific results, except as outlined in the money-back guarantee.
• Dr Zam’s Academy® will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in the programme.
