What is the PSLE SuperBooster, and how does it help my child?
The PSLE SuperBooster is a specialised programme that offers an overview of key strategies to conquer the PSLE exams. It focuses on teaching your child the essential skills needed to excel, such as time management, exam techniques, stress management, and mindset training. Unlike regular academic tuition, this component prepares your child to approach the entire PSLE journey with confidence and strategic thinking. It sets a solid foundation for the rigorous learning and revision phases that follow.
How is the PSLE SuperBooster different from the Primary 6 Head Start?
While the Primary 6 Head Start focuses on teaching specific academic content for Primary 6 (such as English, Maths, and Science), the PSLE SuperBooster offers a broader overview, teaching your child how to study efficiently, handle exam stress, and manage time during the PSLE exam itself. The Primary 6 Head Start prepares your child for the academic challenges of Primary 6, while the SuperBooster ensures your child is strategically prepared for the PSLE as a whole.
Should my child attend both the PSLE SuperBooster and Primary 6 Head Start?
Yes! Each programme offers unique benefits. The Primary 6 Head Start ensures your child gets an early grasp of key academic topics, while the PSLE SuperBooster equips them with essential strategies for exam success. By attending both, your child will have a strong academic foundation and the necessary skills to perform at their best in the PSLE.
What topics are covered in the PSLE SuperBooster?
The PSLE SuperBooster covers overarching strategies that students need to succeed in the PSLE. These include:
Developing a growth mindset and confidence to approach challenging topics This phase sets the tone for the rest of the PSLE preparation, ensuring your child is mentally and strategically prepared for the journey ahead.
- Time management and effective study planning
- Exam techniques, such as how to answer different types of PSLE questions
- Stress management and staying calm under pressure.
What is the focus of the Primary 6 Head Start?
The Primary 6 Head Start is designed to give students a head start on the academic content they will encounter in Primary 6. It covers critical topics across English, Maths, and Science, helping students understand key concepts before they are taught in school. This helps them stay ahead of their peers, build confidence in their abilities, and strengthen their foundation in each subject.
Does the PSLE SuperBooster provide academic content as well?
While the PSLE SuperBooster does touch on subject content, its main focus is on strategies and techniques for excelling in exams. It is designed to prepare your child to approach the PSLE strategically, rather than focusing solely on academic material. The Primary 6 Head Start, on the other hand, is where your child will delve deeper into specific academic content.
When should my child attend the PSLE SuperBooster?
The PSLE SuperBooster takes place in the second half of November, before the Primary 6 school year begins. It provides the perfect opportunity for your child to reset, refocus, and prepare themselves mentally for the challenges of the upcoming year. This phase allows students to start the year with a clear plan, effective study strategies, and a strong mindset.
Is the PSLE SuperBooster enough to prepare my child for the PSLE exams?
The PSLE SuperBooster is an excellent starting point, but it works best when combined with the full PSLE Masterclass programme. This includes other essential components like P6 Mastery, Termly Boosters, SuperRevision, and mock exams. The SuperBooster gives your child a solid strategic foundation, while the rest of the programme provides the academic depth and revision needed to excel.
How will the Primary 6 Head Start benefit my child during the school year?
By attending the Primary 6 Head Start, your child will be introduced to key topics before they are covered in school. This gives them a distinct advantage, allowing them to grasp difficult concepts more easily when they encounter them in class. The Head Start builds academic confidence and ensures your child remains ahead of their peers throughout the year.
How do I decide which programme is more suitable for my child?
Both programmes complement each other, and we recommend enrolling in both for maximum benefit. If you are looking for a programme that provides strategic preparation and exam skills, the PSLE SuperBooster is the perfect choice. If you want your child to get a head start on academic content, the Primary 6 Head Start is ideal. Together, these programmes ensure your child is both academically and strategically prepared for the PSLE.
What is P6 Mastery?
P6 Mastery is an in-depth program focusing on mastering the Primary 6 syllabus in English, Maths, and Science. This component ensures that your child develops a strong understanding of all the key topics covered in school, helping them grasp difficult concepts and stay ahead.
How is P6 Mastery different from regular tuition?
Unlike regular tuition that may focus on homework or short-term goals, P6 Mastery goes deeper into each subject, ensuring your child fully understands and can apply each concept. We focus on building long-term mastery of the syllabus, preparing students for not just school assessments but the PSLE itself.
How does P6 Mastery help my child improve in school?
By focusing on core topics and concepts, P6 Mastery ensures your child is well-prepared for school exams and assignments. It boosts their confidence in class and helps them stay ahead of their peers by offering more in-depth explanations and strategies.
What are Termly Boosters, and why are they important?
Termly Boosters are intensive revision sessions held at key points throughout the year to reinforce learning and ensure retention of key concepts. They help your child stay on top of the syllabus and address any weaknesses in understanding.
How often are Termly Boosters conducted?
Termly Boosters are conducted three times a year—in Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3—to provide consistent revision and consolidation of what your child has learned in school and in the PSLE Masterclass programme.
How do Termly Boosters complement P6 Mastery?
While P6 Mastery focuses on teaching and understanding new concepts, Termly Boosters focus on revision and reinforcement. These sessions ensure that the knowledge gained during P6 Mastery is solidified and retained over the long term, preventing knowledge gaps from forming.

The PSLE Mock Exams are full-length practice exams designed to simulate the actual PSLE. Students take these exams under real exam conditions, helping them practice time management, exam strategies, and handling exam pressure.
Why are Mock Exams important?
Mock Exams allow your child to experience real exam conditions before the actual PSLE, giving them an opportunity to apply their knowledge and strategies in a timed setting. This helps identify areas of weakness and provides valuable practice in managing time and stress.
How are Mock Exams different from SuperRevision?
While SuperRevision focuses on targeted practice and revision, Mock Exams are designed to simulate the full PSLE exam experience. Mock Exams allow students to test their readiness and pinpoint exactly where they need to improve before the final exam day.
What is the Final SuperRevision?
The Final SuperRevision is the last phase of intense revision conducted just before the PSLE exams. It is designed to ensure your child is 100% prepared by consolidating all of their learning and focusing on the final review of key concepts and exam techniques.
How does Final SuperRevision differ from earlier SuperRevision sessions?
The Final SuperRevision is more intense and focused. It’s the last opportunity to fine-tune your child’s exam strategies, address any remaining gaps in knowledge, and prepare them mentally and emotionally for the exam. This revision is tailored to each student’s specific needs based on their performance in mock exams and earlier assessments.
When is Final SuperRevision held?
Final SuperRevision is conducted during the September school holidays, just before the actual PSLE written exams. This timing ensures that your child’s knowledge is fresh, and they are fully prepared to tackle the exams.

Can my child join the programme midway through the year?
It is highly recommended that your child joins the PSLE Masterclass from the start of the programme to gain the full benefits of each component. However, if you need to enrol midway through, we can accommodate late enrolments by providing access to recorded sessions and catching up on missed content through additional support sessions.
What happens after the PSLE? Are there any post-PSLE support services?
After the PSLE, students can still access recorded lessons and review materials for a set period. Additionally, we provide guidance on secondary school selection and offer post-PSLE support to help with the transition to secondary education.
